同大司教区の教区長は、東インド諸島総大司教／ゴア・ダマン大司教フィリペ・ネリ・アントニオ・セバスティアン・ド・ロザリオ・フェラン枢機卿座下（His Eminence Filipe Neri António Sebastião do Rosário Cardinal Ferrão, Archbishop of Goa and Daman, Patriarch of East Indies）で、補佐司教となったフェルナンデス司祭は（協働司教ではありませんが）将来的に同大司教区と総大司教座を継承する可能性もあります。

2024年3月16日、キリスト教／ローマ・カトリック教会／ラテン典礼エルサレム総大司教ピエールバッティスタ・ピッツァバッラ枢機卿座下（His Beatitude Patriarch Pierbattista Cardinal Pizzaballa, O.F.M., Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem）らは、キプロスにおける総大司教代理のブルーノ・ヴァッリアーノ神父（Father Bruno Varriano, OFM）を司教に叙階しました。
エルサレム補佐司教／アスティギ名義司教／キプロスにおける総大司教代理ブルーノ・ヴァッリアーノ司教座下（Bishop Bruno Varriano, O.F.M., Auxiliary Bishop of Jerusalem, Titular Bishop of Astigi, Patriarchal Vicar for Cyprus）となります。
司教叙階をおこなったのは、エルサレム総大司教の他、二名：
