　キリスト教／オリエント正教会／シリア正教会の首座／アンティオキア・全東方総主教“モラン”・“モル”・“イグナティウス”・アフレム2世聖下（His Holiness Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II, the Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, the Supreme Head of the Universal Syriac Orthodox Church）は、イラク共和国バグダッドのキリスト教／アッシリア東方教会首座／セレウキア＝クテシフォンのカトリコス＝総主教“マル”・ゲワルギス3世聖下（ギワルギス3世 ： His Holiness Mar Gewargis III【Giwargis III】, Catholicos-Patriarch of the See of Seleucia-Ctesiphon of the Assyrian Church of the East）を訪問したようです。

キリスト教／英国正教会【イギリス正教会】がキリスト教／オリエント正教会／コプト正教会より離脱（2015年10月）

　英国正教会【イギリス正教会】公式サイトで2015年10月5日付けで掲載されている記事によりますと、キリスト教／オリエント正教会／コプト正教会の傘下にあった英国正教会【イギリス正教会】首座グラストンベリー府主教セラフィム座下（His Eminence Metropolitan Seraphim of Glastonbury）とキリスト教／オリエント正教会／コプト正教会／英国代表主教のアンゲロス主教座下（アンジェロス主教 ： His Grace Bishop Angaelos, General Bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Church in the United Kingdom）の共同声明として、イギリス正教会がコプト正教会より平和裏に離脱することが合意されたという文書が出されています。

 

　イギリス正教会は、シリア正教会系の教会として成立しましたが、1994年にコプト正教会の傘下に入っていました。
　今回の離脱後、1994年以前の「autonomous（自治）」教会の地位になるとのことですが、これがオリエント正教会全体でどのような位置付けなのかはよくわかりません。
　しかし、主流のコミュニオンには属さないということになるでしょう。

キリスト教／英国正教会【イギリス正教会】がコプト正教会の傘下に入って20周年の式典（2014年7月）

　2014年7月12日、英国正教会（イギリス正教会）がコプト正教会の傘下に入って20周年の式典が行われたようです。

 

　前半に登場するのが英国正教会首座グラストンベリー府主教セラフィム座下（His Eminence Metropolitan Seraphim of Glastonbury）で、後半がコプト正教会ミラノ主教・全ヨーロッパ総主教代理キリロス座下（His Grace Bishop Kyrillos, Bishop of Milan and Patriarchal Exarch of all Europe）ではないかと思います：
