キリスト教／英国正教会【イギリス正教会】がキリスト教／オリエント正教会／コプト正教会より離脱（2015年10月）

　英国正教会【イギリス正教会】公式サイトで2015年10月5日付けで掲載されている記事によりますと、キリスト教／オリエント正教会／コプト正教会の傘下にあった英国正教会【イギリス正教会】首座グラストンベリー府主教セラフィム座下（His Eminence Metropolitan Seraphim of Glastonbury）とキリスト教／オリエント正教会／コプト正教会／英国代表主教のアンゲロス主教座下（アンジェロス主教 ： His Grace Bishop Angaelos, General Bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Church in the United Kingdom）の共同声明として、イギリス正教会がコプト正教会より平和裏に離脱することが合意されたという文書が出されています。

 

　イギリス正教会は、シリア正教会系の教会として成立しましたが、1994年にコプト正教会の傘下に入っていました。
　今回の離脱後、1994年以前の「autonomous（自治）」教会の地位になるとのことですが、これがオリエント正教会全体でどのような位置付けなのかはよくわかりません。
　しかし、主流のコミュニオンには属さないということになるでしょう。

キリスト教／英国正教会【イギリス正教会】がコプト正教会の傘下に入って20周年の式典（2014年7月）

　2014年7月12日、英国正教会（イギリス正教会）がコプト正教会の傘下に入って20周年の式典が行われたようです。

 

　前半に登場するのが英国正教会首座グラストンベリー府主教セラフィム座下（His Eminence Metropolitan Seraphim of Glastonbury）で、後半がコプト正教会ミラノ主教・全ヨーロッパ総主教代理キリロス座下（His Grace Bishop Kyrillos, Bishop of Milan and Patriarchal Exarch of all Europe）ではないかと思います：
