ローマ教皇庁年鑑（バチカン年鑑）2024で、ローマ教皇の称号に西方総大司教が復活している模様（2024年4月）

　ローマ教皇庁年鑑（バチカン年鑑）2024で、ローマ教皇の称号の一つに西方総大司教（Patriarch of the West）が復活している模様です。

　この称号は、ベネディクト16世の時代の 2006年 に、教皇の称号としては使用されなくなっていました。
　復活した理由については、今のところ公式の説明はありません。

　2024年4月4日、キリスト教／東方正教会／ロシア正教会の首座／モスクワ・ロシア全土【ルーシ全土】総主教キリル聖下（キリール総主教 ： キリイル総主教 ： His Holiness Kirill, Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia【Rus’】）は、ロシア正教会モスクワ総主教庁のアフリカにおける総主教代理／ザライスク府主教コンスタンティン座下（His Eminence Metropolitan Constantine【Konstantin】 of Zaraisk, Patriarchal Exarch of Africa）と会合を持ちました。

キリスト教／聖下総代理アンジェロ・デ・ドナティス枢機卿座下が、ローマ教皇庁内赦院院長に叙任される（2024年4月）

　2024年4月6日、キリスト教／ローマ教皇フランシスコ聖下は、聖下総代理アンジェロ・デ・ドナティス枢機卿座下（オスティア使徒座管理 ： サン・ジョバンニ・イン・ラテラノ大聖堂主席司祭 ： His Eminence Angelo Cardinal De Donatis , Vicar General of His Holiness, Apostolic Administrator of Ostia, Archpriest of the Arcibasilica di San Giovanni in Laterano）を、ローマ教皇庁内赦院院長に叙任しました。

　また、2024年4月8日、フランシスコ教皇とローマ司教区の会合において、教皇は、聖下総代理については、当面のところ空席にし、慎重に人選する意思を示した模様です。

　空席期間中の権限は、ローマ司教総代理首席補佐バルダッサーレ・レイナ司教（アクアエ・イン・マウレタニア名義司教 ： ローマ補佐司教 ： Bishop Baldassare Reina, Vicegerent of Rome, Titular Bishop of Aquae in Mauretania, Auxiliary Bishop of Rome）によって代行されます。

キリスト教／ブルガリア東方典礼カトリック教会の司教にペトコ・ヴァロフ司祭が叙任される（2024年4月）

　2024年4月8日、キリスト教／ローマ教皇フランシスコ聖下は、東方典礼カトリック教会／ブルガリア東方典礼カトリック教会／聖ヨハネ23世ブルガリア東方典礼教区司教クリスト・プロイコフ司教座下（Bishop Christo Proykov, Bishop of the Eparchy of Saint John XXIII for Catholic faithful of Byzantine rite in Bulgaria）の辞任を承認、新たな司教にペトコ・ヴァロフ司祭（Father Petko Valov）を叙任しました（叙階はまだ）。

　同教区（東方典礼教区）は、ブルガリア東方典礼カトリック教会の唯一の教区です。
※正式名称がよくわかりませんが、ローマ教皇聖座の告知ページの名前にしておきます。

　クリスト・プロイコフ司教は、 2021年3月 にフランシスコ教皇に辞意を伝えていたようですが、後任の決定とともに受理されたようです。

The Holy Father has appointed the Reverend Petko Valov, of the clergy of the eparchy of Saint John XXIII for Catholic faithful of Byzantine rite in Bulgaria, until now parish priest of Dormitio Virginis in Novo Delchevo and eparchial chancellor as bishop of the same eparchy.

　2024年4月6日、ローマ教皇フランシスコ聖下は、インドのゴア・ダマン大司教区の補佐司教にシミオン・プリフィカソン・フェルナンデス司祭（Father Simiao Purificaçao Fernandes）を叙任しました（叙階はまだ）。

　同大司教区の教区長は、東インド諸島総大司教／ゴア・ダマン大司教フィリペ・ネリ・アントニオ・セバスティアン・ド・ロザリオ・フェラン枢機卿座下（His Eminence Filipe Neri António Sebastião do Rosário Cardinal Ferrão, Archbishop of Goa and Daman, Patriarch of East Indies）で、補佐司教となったフェルナンデス司祭は（協働司教ではありませんが）将来的に同大司教区と総大司教座を継承する可能性もあります。

The Holy Father has appointed the Reverend Simiao Purificaçao Fernandes of the clergy of Goa and Damão, India, until now director of the Saint Pius X Pastoral Institute, as auxiliary bishop of the same archdiocese, assigning him the titular see of Salde.
