　ローマ教皇庁国務省外務局局長【外務大臣 相当】ポール・リチャード・ギャラガー大司教座下（ホデルム名義大司教 ： His Most Reverend Excellency Monsignor Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher ： Titular Archbishop of Hodelm）
