Jubilee of Eastern Churches：キリスト教／エチオピア東方典礼カトリック教会首座／アディスアベバ大司教ベレハネエイェスセ・デメレウェ・スラフェレ枢機卿座下らが礼拝をおこなう（2025年5月）

　カトリック教会では、2025年5月12日～5月14日、「Jubilee of Eastern Churches」として、東方典礼カトリック教会の礼拝がおこなわれています。

　初日の 2025年5月12日 には、三つの典礼で礼拝がおこなわれました。

　一つ目はエチオピア典礼（ゲエズ典礼、アレクサンドリア典礼のうちの一つ）で、エチオピア東方典礼カトリック教会首座／アディスアベバ大司教ベレハネエイェスセ・デメレウェ・スラフェレ枢機卿座下（His Eminence Berhaneyesus Demerew Cardinal Souraphiel, C.M., Archbishop of Addis Abeba）が司式。
　エリトリア東方典礼カトリック教会首座／アスマラ大司教メンゲステアブ・テスファマリアム座下（Archbishop Menghesteab Tesfamariam, M.C.C.I., Archbishop of Asmara）が共同で礼拝をおこないました。
　場所はサンピエトロ大聖堂（の Choir Chapel ）。

　また、ローマ教皇庁東方教会省長官クラウディオ・グジェロッティ枢機卿座下（His Eminence Claudio Cardinal Gugerotti, Prefect of the Dicastery for the Eastern Churches）が挨拶をしたようです。

着座式（2025年1月26日）：キリスト教／エリトリア正教会の首座・総主教“アブネ”・バシリオス1世聖下の着座式がおこなわれる

　2025年1月26日、キリスト教／オリエント正教会／エリトリア正教会の第6代首座・総主教“アブネ”・バシリオス1世聖下（His Holiness Abune Basilios I, the 6th Patriarch of the Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Churh）の着座式がおこなわれました。

　エリトリア国内から、大統領イサイアス・アフウェルキ閣下（His Excellency Isaias Afwerki）ら要人、および国外の各教会から参列があったようです。

　コプト正教会（Egypt）、ロシア正教会（Russia）、（Greece）はどこかはギリシャ系のどこかでしょうが不明（アンティオキア総主教庁の可能性が高いと思いますが……）、アルメニア使徒教会（Armenia、どちらのカトリコス庁か不明）、シリア正教会（Syria）、（India）はマランカラ正教シリア教会（インド正教会）かシリア正教会系の教会か不明。

追記：
　名前に付いて、バシロス（Basilos）表記が政府関係のサイトらしきところに出ていたのでそれに従いましたが、その後の記事では表記も変更されバシリオス（Basilios【Basilyos】）が正しいのではないかと思われます。

　2024年12月9日（10日？）、キリスト教／オリエント正教会／エリトリア正教会の第6代首座・総主教に、“アブネ”・バシロス（Abune Basilos）が選出されたようです。
　2025年1月26日に着座式が予定されています。

続報：
　着座式（2025年1月26日）：キリスト教／エリトリア正教会の首座・総主教“アブネ”・バシリオス1世聖下の着座式がおこなわれる

キリスト教／エリトリア正教会が、新たな総主教を選出することを発表（2024年11月）約2年空位

　2024年11月6日、キリスト教／オリエント正教会／エリトリア正教会の聖シノドは、新たな総主教を選出することを予定しているという声明を発表したようです。

※同教会の総主教は、アブネ・ケルロス1世聖下の永眠以来、約2年、空位の状態にあります。
　訃報（2022年12月2日）：キリスト教／エリトリア正教会首座／エリトリア総主教“アブネ”・ケルロス1世聖下が永眠（1926～2022）

　なお、同教会の首座代行は、ペトロス大主教という人物がおこなっているようなのですが、エリトリアの情報省などは His Holiness（聖下）の敬称を使っていたりします。事実上、後継となっているように思えます。
　ただ、エリトリア関係は、英語の表記が適当なケースもあるので、深読みかもしれません。
