　有罪判決受けた枢機卿、新教皇選ぶ選挙での投票権を要求 – CNN.co.jp

ローマ教皇庁（バチカン）から金融犯罪で有罪判決を受けたジョバンニ・アンジェロ・ベッチウ枢機卿が、次期教皇を選出する選挙「コンクラーベ」に参加できると主張している。

バチカンの報道局は同氏を「選挙人」に加えていないが、本人は２２日に地元である伊サルディーニャ島の新聞の取材に答え、自身を「コンクラーベ」から除外する明確な意向は存在しておらず、書面でも明確な拒絶は要請されていないと説明した。

ベッチウ氏を「コンクラーベ」に参加させるかどうかの判断は、ジョバンニ・バッティスタ・レ首席枢機卿とピエトロ・パロリン枢機卿が下す公算が大きい。

　この件は事前に判断がされていないとすると、カメルレンゴと関連する省などの間で判断を出すのではないかと思います。（少なくとも理屈上はレ枢機卿とパロリン枢機卿で決めるということにはならないかと。自信なし）
　また、教皇選挙の瑕疵と見て、今後のカトリックからの離脱者から新たなローマ教皇空位論が出るかもしれません。
