キリスト教／ウォルシンガムの聖母の属人裁治区の裁治権者であるキース・ニュートン司祭が裁治権者を辞任（2024年4月）デービッド・アーサー・ウォーラー司祭が新たに裁治権者に

　2024年4月29日、キリスト教／ローマ教皇フランシスコ聖下は、ウォルシンガムの聖母の属人裁治区裁治権者キース・ニュートン司祭（The Right Reverend Monsignor Keith Newton, Ordinary of the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham）の裁治権者としての辞任を承認しました。

　フランシスコ教皇は、同・属人裁治区の裁治権者代理（Vicar General ： 補佐職）であるデービッド・アーサー・ウォーラー司祭（The Right Reverend Monsignor David Arthur Waller）を新たな裁治権者に叙任しました。
　また、同司祭は、 Bishop Ordinary に叙任されているので、司教としても叙任されており、司教叙階がおこなわれる予定です。

　ウォルシンガムの聖母の属人裁治区は、アングリカン・コミュニオンを離脱してカトリックに合流した人々を受け入れる属人裁治区（Personal Ordinariate）の一つで、グレートブリテン島（イングランド・スコットランド・ウェールズ）を管轄しています。

　属人裁治区の裁治権者は、司教である必要はありませんが、北米に設置されている聖ペトロ座の属人裁治区（Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter）に続き裁治権者が司教になることになりそうです。

Msgr. Newton said the date and place of Father Waller’s episcopal ordination have yet to be confirmed but that he expected it to take place “towards the end of June.”

　ウォーラー司祭の叙階の時期や場所は決まっていませんが、6月末ごろとなりそうだとのことです。

キリスト教／ローマ・カトリック教会／「南十字星の聖母の属人裁治区」第2代裁治権者カール・レオナード・リード司祭が辞任（2023年4月）

　2023年4月21日、キリスト教／ローマ教皇フランシスコ聖下は、ローマ・カトリック教会で、アングリカン系統の教会を離脱した人々のために設けられた属人裁治区のうちオーストラリアに設置されている「南十字星の聖母の属人裁治区（Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of the Southern Cross）」の第2代裁治権者カール・レオナード・リード司祭（Priest Carl Leonard Reid, Ordinary of Our Lady of the Southern Cross）の辞任を承認しました。
　同・属人裁治区の使徒座管理として、ブロークン湾司教アンソニー・ランダッツォ座下（Bishop Anthony Randazzo, Bishop of Broken Bay）が叙任されました。
　これらは2023年7月1日に効力を発揮します。

　辞任の理由については明らかにされていません。

The Holy Father Francis has accepted the resignation from the pastoral care of the personal ordinariate of Our Lady of the Southern Cross, Australia, presented by Msgr. Carl Reid, with effect from 1 July 2023.

His Holiness has appointed Bishop Anthony Randazzo of the diocese of Broken Bay, Australia, as apostolic administrator “ad nutum Sanctae Sedis” of the personal ordinariate of Our Lady of the Southern Cross, Australia, with effect from the same date.

キリスト教／ローマ教皇フランシスコ聖下が教皇自発教令を発布。オプス・デイの管轄を司教省から聖職者省に変更。属人区長は司教とならなくなる、など（2022年7月）

　2022年7月22日、キリスト教／ローマ教皇フランシスコ聖下（His Holiness Pope Francis）はオプス・デイに関する内容の教皇自発教令を発布しました。
　8月4日に発効します。

　オプス・デイの管轄を司教省から聖職者省に変更。属人区長は司教とならなくなる、などです。

※現在のオプス・デイ属人区長フェルナンド・オカリス・ブラーニャ師（Monsignor Fernando Ocáriz Braña）は属人区長となってから数年たちますが司教叙階を受けていません。

　属人区長は裁治権を有しており、今回の教令により、オプス・デイの組織に大きな変更が起こるわけではありません。
　ローマ教皇庁は今年に組織再編をおこなっており、これもまた一環である、と思われます。
　しかし、この内容では宗教的な理屈はともかくとしても単純にオプス・デイへの格下げがおこなわれたようにしか思えないのですが……。

　今回の自発教令はオプス・デイを対象にしていると取れますし、オプス・デイ以外に属人区（Personal Prelature）は成立していませんので、他への影響を考える必要はなさそうです。

※アングリカンの人々を受け入れるために設置された属人裁治区（Personal Ordinariate）は、発想を属人区から取り入れた部分はあるとはいえ別物ですので、今回の件には関係ありません。
