2022年2月19日、キリスト教／ローマ教皇フランシスコ聖下は、キリスト教／ローマ・カトリック教会／東方典礼カトリック教会／カルデア東方典礼カトリック教会の首座／バビロニア総大司教【バビロン総大司教】ルイ・ラファエル1世サコ枢機卿座下（His Eminent Beatitude Louis Raphaël I Cardinal Sako, Patriarch of Babylon【Babilonia】, Archbishop of Baghdad, Chaldean Patriarch）より出されていた、同教会の総大司教庁の名前の変更を承認しました。

Change of title from “Patriarchate of Babylon of the Chaldeans” to “Patriarchate of Baghdad of the Chaldeans”
The Holy Father has granted the request presented by His Beatitude, Cardinal Raphaël Louis I Sako, on behalf of the Synod of Bishops of the Chaldean Church, approving the change of the title “Patriarchate of Babylon of the Chaldeans” to “Patriarchate of Baghdad of the Chaldeans”.
カルデア・バビロン総大司教庁（Patriarchate of Babylon of the Chaldeans）から、カルデア・バグダッド総大司教庁（Patriarchate of Baghdad of the Chaldeans）に変更になったようです。
ルイ・ラファエル1世サコ座下も、バグダッド総大司教と称されることになります。
一方で、同総大司教庁の公式ウェブサイトでは、昨年（2021年）8月に次のような決定が出されており、

9. Naming the Patriarchate
After discussion and deliberation, the Fathers unanimously agreed to adopt the name “Chaldean Patriarchate” instead of the Patriarchate of Babylon over the Chaldeans, and they enthusiastically expressed their pride in their Chaldean identity.
カルデア総大司教庁（Chaldean Patriarchate）を名前とすると取れる合意がなされており、この後になにか変更があったのか、その辺りはわかりません。
