キリスト教／コプト正教会首座／アレクサンドリア教皇タワドロス2世聖下が、同教会のロンドン大主教アンゲロス座下と会見（2024年6月）

　2024年6月11日、キリスト教／オリエント正教会／コプト正教会の首座／アレクサンドリア教皇タワドロス2世聖下（His Holiness Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria）は、同教会のロンドン大主教【ロンドン大司教】アンゲロス座下（His Eminence Archbishop Angaelos of London）と会見しました。

　内容は、アンゲロス大主教から活動の報告を受けているようなもののようですが。

　前々から気になっているのは、アンゲロス大主教の称号について、コプト正教会（アレクサンドリア総主教庁）の公式ウェブサイトは、主教（Bishop）としか表記しておらず、大主教である表記を見たことがありません。
　ただし、コプト正教会の海外教区では、大主教（Archbishop）としているところが、英国以外でもあり、本人が勝手に名乗っているようなわけでももちろんなさそうです。

キリスト教／コプト正教会首座／アレクサンドリア教皇タワドロス2世聖下が、ローマ教皇庁教理省長官ビクトル・マヌエル・フェルナンデス枢機卿座下らと会見（2024年5月）

　2024年5月22日、キリスト教／オリエント正教会／コプト正教会の首座／アレクサンドリア教皇タワドロス2世聖下（His Holiness Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria）は、ローマ教皇庁教理省長官ビクトル・マヌエル・フェルナンデス枢機卿座下（His Eminence Victor Manuel Cardinal Fernández, Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith）と会見しました。

　コプト正教会側の公式ウェブサイトの記載から取れるのは（英語版の記事はときどき変になるので注意ですが）、2024年3月に出された、いわゆる同性婚（so-called same-sex marriage）を拒否する同教会の聖シノドの声明に対し、今回の訪問時に枢機卿がこれに賛同した、ということです。
　2023年末に、ローマ教皇庁が、同性カップルを祝福できるという見解を示したと報道された後に、東方の教会ではこれに対して神学的対話への影響や中止に関する議題があがりました。
　枢機卿は、同性婚にカトリック教会が賛成しているわけではないことを伝えています。

　枢機卿には、エジプト駐箚ローマ教皇大使ニコラス・ヘンリー・マリー・デニス・テヴナン大司教座下（アエクラヌム名義大司教 ： Archbishop Nicolas Henry Marie Denis Thevenin, Titular Archbishop of Aeclanum, Apostolic Nuncio to Egypt, Apostolic Nuncio to Oman）が同行（なぜかコプト正教会の記事では毎回 Cardinal と表記されますが……）。

　2024年5月13日、キリスト教／東方正教会／セルビア正教会の首座／セルビア総主教ポルフィリイェ聖下（ペーチ大主教 ： ベオグラード・カルロヴツィ府主教 ： His Holiness kyr Porfirije, Serbian Patriarch, Archbishop of Peć, Metropolitan of Belgrade and Karlovci）は、他の高位聖職者らと年次会合の開始のため、コソボのペーチ総主教修道院に向かったところ、コソボ側からコソボに入るのを拒否された模様です。

Preventing the Head of the Serbian Orthodox Church from going to the Patriarchate of Peć is like forbidding the Pope to go to the Vatican or the Head of the Church of England to go to Canterbury Cathedral.

「セルビア正教会首座がペーチ総主教庁に向かうのを阻むのは、ローマ教皇がバチカンへ向かうのやカンタベリー大主教がカンタベリー大聖堂に行くのを禁止するようなもの」と強く反発しています。
